- 1 bunch collard greens
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 fresh oranges
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 1 cup orange juice
- Add the orange juice first, then the fruit, then the greens. Another very palatable way to consume your greens for optimum nutrition. Blend well.
