  1. 1/2 cup cooked barley
  2. 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  3. 1 cup sauteed fresh mushrooms, finely diced
  4. 1/2 cup raw cashews, processed
  5. 1/2 cup sweet onions, finely diced
  6. 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  7. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  8. Black Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together and saute in a bit of oil until brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle and ketchup.
