Rainbow Chard Mango Velvet Smoothie

This is lovely, really. Rainbow Chard Mango Velvet Smoothie is just that: very smooth going down. I do not like bitter, but this is just the right taste of bitter. A hint of the sweet mango and cinnamon make it the perfect complement of ingredients. And, of course, the walnuts give you the very necessary Omega 3 fats for the brain.

  1. One Whole bunch of Rainbow Chard
  2. 1 1/2 cups frozen Mango Chunks
  3. About 6 Raw Walnuts halves
  4. 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  5. 1 cup water
  1. Place all ingredients in your Vita Mix or heavy duty blender. If you have a regular blender, you may need to do this in batches. You will also need to add more water to get it to blend properly. Use your tamper to tamp everything into the blades and blend for about 30 to 45 seconds.
  2. Sip and Enjoy! Clink!
